In a constantly changing business environment, and against a backdrop of increasing competitiveness, manager training is essential to meet objectives and create a working environment conducive to the development of employee skills. One difficulty, however, lies in maintaining what has been learned over the long term and putting it into practice on a day-to-day basis. Castorama, a DIY chain with 91 stores and over 11,000 employees in France, was looking for an innovative solution to enhance the impact of its managerial training courses. It was against this backdrop that the company adopted TeamGether.
