It is about the good dissemination of ideas within the group, and the involvement of the members in the task. Several research works in cognitive science have been able to show the existence of personality traits, which, if they are united in the members of the group, can actively participate in the realization of these two collaborative functions.<\/p>\n<h2>The key character traits<\/h2>\n<p>                                                                                    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.effency.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/icon-estime.png\" alt=\"Estime de soi\"><\/p>\n<h2>Estime de soi<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;estime de soi correspond \u00e0 l&#8217;image qu&#8217;un individu a de lui-m\u00eame. Elle influe sur la participation \u00e0 la discussion collective. Les membres d&#8217;un groupe appr\u00e9cient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la compagnie et les id\u00e9es des individus qui ont une bonne estime d\u2019eux-m\u00eames, mais cette derni\u00e8re ne doit pas \u00eatre pas excessive !<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.effency.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/icon-neuroticisme.png\" alt=\"Neuroticisme\"><\/p>\n<h2>Neuroticisme<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>Les personnes sujettes au neuroticisme ont tendance \u00e0 ressasser les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives. Elles sont alors anim\u00e9es de sentiments tels que la col\u00e8re ou l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Lors d\u2019un travail collectif les impr\u00e9vus sont courants. Ce trait de caract\u00e8re est particuli\u00e8rement important dans les interactions sociales dont il garantit la coh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n<h2>Why cognitive science?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Effency is interested in interactions between team members.
